Cloud providers may store data on servers outside Brazil. In such cases, we require adequate contractual and technical safeguards, in compliance with art. 33 of LGPD.

Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a security incident that may pose significant risk to data subjects, we will notify the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and affected subjects as required by law.
